Post Christmas hams are cheap, and I, as I didn't celebrate christmas at home, decided to grab the oppurtunity. However, the package gave me no clue as of how long it should be in the oven. Also, I understand this varies according to taste.

So, give me a temp, an approximate time (I don't have a thermometer in the ham, sorry) and how well cooked the ham should be at that time.

Hi,
Im a guy, I weight about 110 pounds and I'm 5'9.
I find it very hard to gain weight.
my weight remains constant. i dont lose, or gain.
I remember how i stayed home all day sitting on my desk, almost for the whole winter vacation (2months) eating 3 meals a day.
I gained only about 3 pounds, and my weight went back to my original as school started again.
Since doing nothing and eating doesn't really help
I decided to build muscles.
went to gyms... gained a few pounds.
in my case, What should i take?
protein? whey protein? weight gainer?
which would be more effective?
if theres anyone like me,
what did u try that was succesful?

If we think that the new information is better than what we had earlier, so we get our knowledge updated in this way.
From where the term brain wash come from?

This is a question i have been dying to ask why do black guys go for white girls and do they see them as serious relationships because almost every black male friend i have wouldn't commit to a white girl. And why is it that they also like mixed girls, im half malaysian half english but my culture is strongly malay and not the western culture of a white woman and i know that as soon as i step into a club or im out shopping these guys will turn and often approach and when i get into a relationship with them they get very serious...these have been questions i been wanting to ask for sooo long ...

With Christmas over I am getting ready for the New Years celebration. I am getting the confetti, party hats..,etc. We usually watch Dick Clark New Years on ABC(I hope he is better so he can host the show longer this year). My sons dad and I seperated and have a contact order in place. My son wanted me to call him the weekend he was at his dads. However, he started crying and asked me to pick him up. I obviously could not as it was not my wekend, however instead of trying to calm my son down my ex partners new girlfriend started screaming in the back ground saying get that ***** of the phone it is out of order her ringing, I am not having her upset him like this - A better resopnse would have been for her to say look I know you are missing your mummy but you will see her soon or something like that. Can I do anything about her as it is not the first time she has been stupid like this and it is not healthy for my son. I do not call all the time only when he has asked me to. He is only 4.

My natural colour is light ashy blonde, after years of highlights I would like to try to get my natural colour back. i met this guy and have been going out for about 2 months. The first month was magical. He told me that he loved me everyday, and treated me like a princess. He told me that i was the one he wanted to marry and spend the rest of his life with. But after that month, he started getting busy with his work and basically had no time for me. i started getting paranoid and called him every now and then to ask what he was doing. i could sense that something was wrong because he was treating me differently. I am told by many people including my so's family that I should just accept his demands and accept a subservient position because my so (signif other) goes to work to "support me and my child" lately.

The thing is that I run a small buisness and am well off financially.
I pay fr my half of exspences and 90% of my child exspenses plus have money left over for him to borrow. I am getting sick of people telling me he is working for me and my child.

He has even discounted my money because he says its not areal job. ( I make and sell jewelry). How do i tell or ask these people to stop telling me that he works for me and my child. I have a job i just work from home. I am really getting sick of the you dont really work attitude. ( I am never broke , i always have money pay more than my half of expenses).

Technologically we are advanced, but as a community are we still behind? We stereotype men of faith being nothing but ignorant, maybe there is a reason why they are men of faith (or women sorry!), and maybe there is a reason why faith is increasing? We sterotype Mulim men and women as terroist, all of them. However there are about 1billion muslims in the world and only a bunch of people are doing not very smart things such as holding up banners saying "Our faith is peaceful, die who does not agree" (Something like that). However religious men also target Atheists. Yes I agree some people may find the muslim veil a bit too much, but put yourself in their shoes, they find you a bit too much. Its not only religions and atheism, colour is targeted too, also ethnicity! People in the west are scared of people with these charicteristics black, Islamic, women (not scared but still are 'against' them). My teacher is absolutely scared of a white christian middle-aged man.(see below)
