Hi,
Im a guy, I weight about 110 pounds and I'm 5'9.
I find it very hard to gain weight.
my weight remains constant. i dont lose, or gain.
I remember how i stayed home all day sitting on my desk, almost for the whole winter vacation (2months) eating 3 meals a day.
I gained only about 3 pounds, and my weight went back to my original as school started again.
Since doing nothing and eating doesn't really help
I decided to build muscles.
went to gyms... gained a few pounds.
in my case, What should i take?
protein? whey protein? weight gainer?
which would be more effective?
if theres anyone like me,
what did u try that was succesful?

Well, i think im in the same boat as your but right now, i think i already jumped out of it.
I weight about 110lbs and im 5'7''.Im a hard gainer as you and it probably because of my genetic.But after 2 months of workout( i dont considered it as an intensive training, i think it's just intermediate training), i gained 19.8lbs of lean muscle.Btw, before my 2 month workout, i weighted about 128.7lbs.Now, i weight 148.5lbs and still adding some pounds in it.
I used weight gainer and it worked very well with my body.Im actually suprised by the result that i gained.My parents and friends are also shocked by my transformation.
What i did is i lifted dumbells and do push-ups.That's all.I didnt go tp the gym yet still can added muscles to my body.
I eat 6 large meals a day coz i have a very high metabolism.I get hungry every 2 hours even after i took my large meals.Take more proteins and give ur body a day off after ur workout so that ur muscles can heal and add more mass.

sup man i had the same kinda prob u had
i was extremly light wieght
n yeh muscle building is a gud idea
u need to take weight gainers protein
dat is whey protien which is realli high in protiens crabs n CALORIES take sumthin like 'super gainers fule' by 'twinlab' it ll help. and try to eat more meals a day probably around 5 -6 meals wid a protein shake in the middle and go to gym very often but do little or very little cardio do more of weight liftings
n u ll gain weight the right way. lean muscle weight n not fat
u ll look much better and more defined and be stronger
