My mother suffers from chest pain, maybe from the heart for a very long time now. This happens when she is depressed or sad and angry. This dissapears when she rest for a while after the anger or depression. Also, when she exerts physical effort like going u the stairs going to the fourth floor. She takes a beta-blocker whenever she fells pain (medicines ending in "olol").Someimes, the pain may last for a week then dissapears. Her last doctor visit was about 8 years ago. She is a stubborn kind of person who seems to be very busy for that. She is 49 years old, working in our store. Her is moderate, not so heavy. What must be done for this? What can I do o make her subject herself to examination? Could this develop in sudden Myocardial Infarction and sudden death?

I originally was considering Georgia State University for their joint MA/PhD program with a concentration in Gender and Sexuality. However, I have a great oppurtunity to move and live in Texas near houston. If I could find the smallest educational oppurtunity in TX, then I could rest my mind.

Hi, My son's birthday is coming up and I am looking for some creative alternative to cake cutting. Not that I am against this Western practice, but I don't see the point in cutting a cake on a Birthday. Can anyone suggest an alternative?

first of all im 15..
i liked this boy, he was my friend, his names ryan, he acted like he liked me too, and kissed me once on the lips, then i found out that after it he got a girlfriend, who by the way looks like a total sl*t, so anyway i have a stupid mouth so i accidentally blurted out once that what he did (getting a girlfriend) made me mad, and he said there was nothing between us (me and him) and that kiss was just a friends kiss..so anyway he totally broke my heart and i cant stand him even though i still like him.. so now ive got a boy friend (jake) and i dont really like him that much, but hes really hot.... anyway he's always out partying and getting drunk, and i dont really care, cuz like i said, i dont like him that much,im still not over ryan, and for some reason i keep thinking that dating jake will make me feel better about myself but it actually just makes me feel like a wh*re, and well i cant stop thinking about ryan and seeing him with that sl*t! it makes me so mad!!

It is actually my boyfriends dog, we moved into an appartment together two months ago, and she pee's everywhere! I have raised 4 dogs before her and never had this much trouble. she is almost 2yrs old, he got her when she was about 8months old, she wasnt potty trained then either. I have tried to get him to disiplyn her but he wont, that is what I think the problem is. What I do is when I catch her in the act I firmly say "No" or "Bad Dog" and such, then I put her nose near it and say "No" again, then tap her on the butt and point at the door and say "outside". Then she imediatly goes to the door and waits for her leash to be put on. but when we get outside. if I stop she just lies down, and if I keep walking she just wont go. I usually then take her back inside and just try to keep a close eye on her. I am even having a vet come and check her out soon to see if it is a medical problem.

Help plz, I am desperate and about given up!

I am also promising myself, no more ciggaretes, but always smoke than previous day. I have tried, all type of medication and meditation, but always fail to quit smoking. Please don't suggest to me a hypothetical answer like this : increase willpower, believe in god, bla.. bla.. bla... I have tried all this before but can't get a succes. Please give me a scientific reason to quit smoking. Thanks in advance. If you have (inspiration) story to whats could be wrong with smoking. so mostly welcome.

i used to work at a cafe where i met this guy that i really started to like, he was a customer who worked close by. we were getting closer however i got offered a much better job (which is still close by) so i left the cafe. i havent seen the guy since and i dont have his number or anything. i still really am interested!!
