I think you are trying to say:
If I am not an Administrator on a certain PC, can I make myself into an Admin without an Admin password?
In that case, yes. But it involves hacking and I'm sorry, but whoever posts here will not be given any hacking info because you will probably mess something up.

And to poster below me:
You are the noob here. He wants to know about Windows, not his motherboard, loser. BIOS is a Basic In/Out System and has nothing to do with Windows and Administrator accounts.

Acutally you can but its very hard you would need to go into the bios and unless you know alot about the bios then no i wouldn't risk it

It's not a hacking issue noob ffs its dealing with the bios itself www.google.com look on there for more info messing with bios is not recommended
