I need tips on the juicing and also some yummy/healthy smoothie and juices recipes.

Thanks!

Ingredients:

1/3rd cup frozen concentrated Orange Juice
1 cup Milk
1/4th cup Sugar
2 cup Ice-cubes
1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana

How to make orange smoothie:

Process all ingredients in blender,
stopping several times for ice to settle -
continue until smooth.
Garnish, if desired; serve immediately.

I drink this smoothie twice a week for breakfast. The leftover from the morning is a great after dinner desert. As you can tell, it's a "health-nut" smoothie, but you may never be able to tell.

1 sliced banana
8 oz. non-fat vanilla yogurt
8 oz. milk (I use skim)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use EAS)
5 ice cubes, crushed

I put this all in a blender, so I'm not sure if it will fit into a Magic Bullet, but the ratios should remain the same. Yummy goodness, and good for you!
