Maybe this is obvious, but I just realized that most places where Marines live and train are called "camps", and most places Soldiers live and train are called "forts".

Is this due to the fact that Marines are a smaller force geared toward quick response, kind of "get in, do your business, and get out"? A "camp" does denote transience and mobility. Set up shop, do what you have to do, pack up and move on. And the Army has "forts", a more permanent fixture, because they are large and tend to dig in for the long haul when they go somewhere?

Or do these characteristics have nothing to do with the nomenclature?

i have seen lots of art with seemingly pleasant picture in the main body,but if you look close up you can see images of terrible things blended in to look like shading.it seems that the original artwork must be quite large to achive the detail involved in masking theese "subleminal images".however i'm more concerned with the "intent" of the images.are the devices to cause viewers to feel or act in a certain mannor? does this hidden imagery really work?i've heard of advratisments for alcohol using seductive women in the shading of ice cubesand such;but the images in some generaly non comercial art seem to be geared towards death and malice.who would want to subject us too this material if indeed it could affect our perceptions?are certain people more suseptable than others,like with hypnosis?should i be worried,or take steps to protect myself or family?

Israel belongs to the Jews. They were living in those lands thousands of years before anyone else showed up. They were dispersed around the world through wars. The why do Christian's eat pig when the bible forbids it was an interesting question, but many of the Christian respondents stated that only the New Testament matters, yet I'm told right here in YA by Christian's that of course their faith includes both old and new T. Hello, I'm 23 years old and I just recently finished paying off all my credit card debt from college. I started out at a job that pays me $57,000 a year. The only debt I have now is my Stafford student loan that totals 7,000 now and the payments are like 78 bucks a month. I'm really ready to get out of my parents house but I don't really want to move into an apartment. I've been looking at some townhomes and there are some really good finds in the 80,000-90,000 range. So far, I've saved about 2,000 dollars since the beginning of December and my credit rating is 720. I was looking to save around 8,000-10,000 total by May or June and then work from there.

I'm wondering how much money will I need to move in comfortably? Is 100% (80/20) financing a good idea? How much would it cost to cheaply furnish a 2 BD/ 2 BTH around 1400 sq ft? Should I even put a down payment down if I'm planning to move into a real house when I'm around 30? BTW, Merry Christmas.
