During MCT they are only free on Sundays. Thats when they make their calls, but the must stay on base. After that he goes to his MOS school. During my husbands MOS school, they were very strict. They could only leave the base occasionally and only got to stay the night away from the barricks twice during 12 weeks. After that I was able to move where he was stationed. Your best bet is to stay where you are until he is stationed somewhere.

He gets the housing allowance so that you can live with your kids wherever you are now. Even IF you could see him in MCT, its not a good idea, his focus should be on training, not what is going on at home. If you are already living somewhere and don't need the extra BAH money, put it in savings for when he gets out of school and goes to his permanent duty station. You may need it during the move or to put down for a deposit on a house if base housing is not available right off. Hope this helps.

you will not see him when he is in MCT (Marine Combat Training) you can write him letters. for the most part he will be in the field. after that he will go to his schooling if he did not sign up to be in the infantry. then after he is done with schooling then you might be able to see him when he comes home on leave. but while he is gone you gotta save money he will not be making as much as you think. if he gets stationed in a place where you are alowed to be with him. like USA or Hawaii then you can get a place to live on base or out in town.

you will be able to see him only on the day of his graduation from basic. the next time will be after his infantry training. when he completes that, he will be allowed to go on leave before reporting to whatever duty they assign him, whether to a school or an infantry command. after that, if housing is available, you'll be with him whenever he isn't on duty, or if he gets shipped to duty where you are not allowed to accompany him which is usually in a combat area, or on a ship at sea.

i do no longer believe he would be allowed possession of his cellular telephone while education interior the sector. It has constantly been as a result. He ought to have a seventy two hour liberty springing up exceedingly quickly and it would be hassle-free adequate to the two use the cellular telephone then or get to a telephone some incorrect way. There nonetheless must be various pay telephones at Camp San Onofre. different than that, he can write as many letters as he has time for. in the event that they allowed cellular telephones for the period of education, no one could be targeting education. they could be texting their girlfriends somewhat.
