i thought it was a thin worm but it lifted it self like a snake both ends are white any body know what it is

its possibly its a glass lizard or worm snake. a picture would hep. its best to just let it go.

how big is it? my guess is a worm lizard. it's a lizard, but it has no legs and resembles a worm hope this helps do u live near baja CA? cause thats where they are
