My purchase was @29.99, tendered a $20.00 Reward Certificate good at any Sears or K Mart. They accepted the certificate and refused to take cash for the difference, insisted it must be charged to the Sears credit card. I thought Legal Tender must be accepted always. Am I wrong?

I know the purpose of a bra is to hold a woman's breasts up and provide support. But that doesn't seem like a real reason. What if women don't wear bras and their breasts weren't supported? How would that be different? They would just hang more, but I don't see the real purpose of just supporting them.

My 16 mo old daughter has begun insisting I spend every second on the floor with her or holding her. If I have to cook dinner or do something for even a second she has a complete and total meltdown.

Should I just let her have a fit for a while with the thought that she can't demand every second? How will she ever learn she can't have everything she wants instantly? Or does she really need me now?

I broke up w/ my bf 3 mos. ago because we had a miscommunication. I just found out 2 wks ago he and his ex-gf patched things up.They had more than 5 yrs relationship compare to us. The only thing that I'm holding on to is the fact that we were childhood sweethearts. Since teenagers we have this deep feelings for each other it just didn't went through that time because we were young and we have different friends, schools and connections.I was very hurt when I found out about their reconciliation. I thought he just used me to cover up his failed affair w/ his ex.but eversince we broke up he never failed to keep in touch with me from time to time.He said that he & his gf just fixed things up between their indifferences but decided to separate ways.Now he's asking for another chance.Should I give him or us another chance??

I really love him...
and I also feel he loves me...

Atheists have this in common with Christians: We want what is best for humanity as a whole. However, we disagree on what that is. Atheists personally believe that religious beliefs are harmful, and we try exposing them as such. So Christians, can you understand that it isn't anything personal with you and that we are only working for what is best?

This is honestly a question and not a statement. If anyone is to disagree, I would like to know why.

I am planning a 7-day trip to London with wife and daughter in May 2007, and am looking for reasonably priced hotel accommodation in decent localities.
Can you please recommend some decent and safe hotels (suitable for a couple in their 50's and a 22 year old daughter from India) priced about 70 UKP per night for the three of us? What localities would you recommend I concentrate my search on?

OK, so there is this guy I like. He lives over in England and I was wondering should I tell him I like him through email? Or not! I lived over there for a while and now I am back here. I met him whilst I was over there. He wanted to date when I was there, but at the time I couldn't. I was struggling with an eating disorder and i didn't feel like it was a good time to date anyone. I didnt tell him about the eating disorder but Well im back here in the states now and I still have feelings for him. But im not sure if he likes me anymore. Ok alot is made about how people in southern states may still be rasist, here in New England. I was just wondering isnt that racist toward peopole of the south. Not all southeners, or some one that likes the confederate flag is a racist person.
