Im not from USA or Canada so i dont know what states have or dont have a euthanasia policy. I do know it is illegal in the UK though

As for the last question, i can't help sorry :S
My French isn't too hot at the moment, but that's my best attempt :)
By the way, it seems everyone's answers are to "check on Google language" or on babel fish. I wouldn't rely too heavily on their translations if i were you, I checked the accuracy of these tools once, and they weren't as accurate as I'd hoped.
Best to check with an actual native, or even a French Canadian could help you :)

If you go to Google, and go to the language tools, (it's right next to the little box thing) and then it has a whole bunch of different ways it can translate, you type in the English verison, and to the side, it comes out into French. But thats all I can help you with lol sorry

and DON'T use babel fish. It tells you bad French.
PS I assume you're using the formal way of speaking. If not, this is conjugated formally, as in speaking to an aquaintence or business person. Or a group.
