I'm 16years old(i'll be 17 in March),5ft 4.5inches tall,I excersize 30minutes-1hour a day(lifting weights/jogging), No menstraul cycle yet(never started)...
Example of what I would eat a day---
Breakfast- Cereal(wheaties),yogert(yoplait light),water
Snack-- 1 healthy smart icecream sandwhich bar,grapes,water((only when there is no school)
Lunch-- 1ham sandwhich(wheat),chocolatemilk(ovaltine),water,carrots
Snack-- 1fruit/grain bar, water, apple
Dinner-- 1hamburger(wheat),chocolate milk(ovaltine),carrots,water
Snack-- Hot chocolate,yogert(light yoplait) and water
I usuallly drink at least 3liters of water a day,possibly more sometimes.
