I'm 15 and weigh 140 and I am tall. Also part of my weight problem is my big bones. People say that if I didn't have such heavy bones I'd weigh less...but since I can't help my bone size I need to find a healthy way to lose the weight and keep it off. Somedays I skip breakfast and lunch(which I know isn't healthy) and then I weigh myself and I'll be like 137 or 135. But I need to know how to lose it the healthy way and not gain it back. And yes I do exercise videos everyday...play sports in the summer and watch what I eat.

My age is 26. I am going to marry soon. I am mastrubating since age of 13. Will it be problem.
Another issue, I have tight forescreen, while mastrubution, it is not shifting fully backside. Should I concern doctor.

I was melting white chocolate today in my double boiler. It is two years old, tasted fine, and melted fine two years ago. Does the stuff resist melting as it ages? It ended up just being a solid mush. Had to toss it.

Me my husband and 2 kids (2&4) moved from England to Canada 6 mths ago. Everything is great, husband has a great job and we own our house/car outright, BUT I get so upset being so far away from my family. my sister is having an affair with a married man. She wants him to leave his wife and get married to her. He claims that he feels the same way. However, he wants his son to finish college first. His son is only two years old. It has been 2 month since I moved into this new place on the first week there have been a little mold growing on the bathroom ceiling I didn't think about it much at first but then it grew and grew so I have to wipe it off then I see it again one week later.
Anyone have a sgession on how to get rid of it and how to prevent it from coming back

discipline and motivation, and yelling but the key word is "hands off". MCRD shouldnt be a place where little dick DI's needing to go on a power trip to compensate for what they are lacking. "hands off" is the key and also not depriving the recruit nourishment after a hard day of basic training. i bet most drill instructors dont even whip their own kids but have the nerve to beat up a recruit in their platoon. my question is for a law-abiding country, the USA, is this, why do the majority of u cover up for sadisitc drill instructors in the marine corps?

hi i have been having shooting pin prick all over my body and i have been having gassy stomach and had diarrahea one it was normal feace then becomes watery. These past few days i even have pain behind the ears which is sensitive to sound and every time when i cross my leg i can feel alot of pins and needles below my feet i have seen a neurologist and he says its anxiety but it can be the shooting pain strikes even when i am not thinking about it.It happens priodically and its irritating so pls anyone can help me tell what is it i am having?

Does anyone out there think that some women prey on men that ar married? Such as men working out of town away from their families or soeone they see out that is obvioulsy having difficult times with their spouse. Do you think they manipulate them into believing that they deserve better than their wife, by building up their ego and making them think that thier wife does not love or respect them the way that they should, and of course she will be everything that he will ever need from that point on? What makes women do this? Do they really think that there is commitment i their future. Don't get me wrong, I KNOW THE MAN IS ALSO AT FAULT!!!!! Just want to know why someone would choose to sleep with a married man. Is there no respect for fellow women. Do they not stop to think how they would feel?
