I'm 15 and weigh 140 and I am tall. Also part of my weight problem is my big bones. People say that if I didn't have such heavy bones I'd weigh less...but since I can't help my bone size I need to find a healthy way to lose the weight and keep it off. Somedays I skip breakfast and lunch(which I know isn't healthy) and then I weigh myself and I'll be like 137 or 135. But I need to know how to lose it the healthy way and not gain it back. And yes I do exercise videos everyday...play sports in the summer and watch what I eat.

just maintain what you do once you reach the intended weight. I am 32 and 5"10 and weigh 132. I dont usually eat breakfast, have a good size lunch and a light dinner. I work out 3-4 times a week and have maintained the same weight for years. I add a little weight lifting to my cardio to balance it out and it helps to tone.

Try drinking water instead of soda. Drinking water before a meal helps so you will eat less. Reduce eating breads, cake, cookies, and muffins as these are what puts weight on and makes it difficult to lose weight.

If you could walk 1 hour each and every day, you would probably lose weight easier.

I started taking organic apple cider vinegar and digestive enzymes before meals and it gave me a push to get over the plateau and I started losing weight again.

Continually watch your portions when you eat. Some people need to keep track of their portions in a notepad. Whenever I don't watch my portions -- which is around Thanksgiving and Christmas time -- I gain weight.
