How much do you feed your cats?

I have two spayed kittens -- Chubby (6 mos), Healthy (7.5). Originally I was free feeding both cats way too much food just going by the labels on the cat food so per vet's advice, I ended up cutting back to 1 can wet and 1/2 cup dry per cat. Later this went down to 1/2 can of wet, 1/2 cup of dry. Soon I stopped free feeding them and they now eat 3 times a day. Another vet recommended that I scale back their food EVEN more, as Chubby was still chubby. He suggested I do 1/2 can wet and 1/4 cup dry.

Science Diet labels indicate that they should eat about 400 cals/day. Wellness labels suggest 270 cals/day. Research indicates that adult cats need ~40 cals/lb/day so for my cats, that would be about 280 cals (yet don't kittens need more??). The current amount they now eat totals 182 calories. Why don't these numbers agree??

Since Chubby is still gaining weight, my instinct tells me they are not underfed yet 182 cals seems so low. Advice? How much do you feed your cats?

It embarrasses me so much, I never go to the beach. Someone recommended dermablend, but it only covers it up temporarily, any cosmetic to clear it permanently without side effects?

Do you see yourself in a old people homes when you reach 70's plus?

or would you rather be done with yourself? seeing people in nursing home is so sad, its just an awful place to be. i dont think i want to be there? or even at home when i reach that time, i be 6 feet under....its so sad to see these old folks suffering.........SOB

What is the easiest lanuage to learn at the college level?

I am transfering to a university next summer and I have to take four classes of one lanuage. I am awful at lanuages and I have thought that I will try the easiest lanuage. I will also add I have learned a little spanish, but I don't care for it b/c I can't get the rolling of the tounge down. So what other lanuages would be easiest. I have thought about Latin.

I'm a almost divorced mom of three- wanting to date an older man. I'm 26-he's 48. Am I crazy!?

I met him through my father (funny, I know). We're both musician's. I sing- he plays guitar. We're in a band together. One night, he leaned over and just kissed me! I was totally shocked! I mean this guy is a Doctor! If he does something-he means it! I reminded him that I was still married. I stayed at his house, down stairs-in the guest room- alone-that night(too much wine) and left before he woke up. After that he didn't really talk about what happened that night and we continued w/ our rehersals and our show. About 2 weeks went by and I couldn't stop thinking about what had happened. So I called him. I asked him why he kissed me. His reply was "impulse", "I was attracted to you in several ways" and "I felt bad about what you are going through". He also said "we should spend some time together to get to know each other". I adore this man, but I can't tell if he likes me or not? Sexually I'm sure. It's been 3 days and no call. Should I call him? Or should I just call it carzy!
