The angel appeared to Joseph and explained it to him.

Mary didn't go blabbing; she kept all these things and pondered them in her heart.

Anyone who makes such accusations about the Holy Family will have to give account on the Day of Judgement.

While I think your post was meant to be offensive, there is a legitimate question behind it. In Roman times, "a virgin birth" was a euphemism for an unmarried woman having a child. We still make similar jokes today when the father of the child is not obvious.

Some people have theorized that Jesus' real father was a Roman soldier and that Mary was used by him. Joseph knew that she was pregnant when he married her, and had to be convince by an angel that it was okay to marry her. By right, he could have had her stoned to death for her apparent sin.

We do know that Joseph was not Jesus' father. Whether you believe it was divine insemination or more banal methods is up to you to decide. That is where history ends and faith begins.

I don't love your wording, but there is merit to the question.

I think it's very possible that Mary had sex with someone, with or without her consent, but who knows? Women were property back then because the world was an ignorant place. Is it possible it was a virgin birth? I suppose anything is possible.

I doubt she was a "whore". She was only around 13 years old. I'd imagine she knew she was getting married and went ahead and shacked with Joseph. She probably just did whatever Joseph told her to do. Like a 13 yo girl in that time and culture would say no if her soon to be husband came to her in the night.

most likely.

infact it could have been the angel that appeared to her that impregnated her, this happend in the old testament quite frequently. however these were evil in the eyes of god, and seeing as the saducees and pharisees would know this they would kill any of these they found. hence why mary lied about it being by the angel. she did i to protect her son. the bible says that the nephilim (offspring of human/angel) are heroes of old and men of renown. sounds like jesus...

so many will disagree with me, but u cant prove me wrong. all your basing your entire belief that jesus is who u think he is, is on the words of a woman in old times, where this act was punishable by death. *shrug*

I think that Mary was probably either raped or had pre-marital sex. I don't buy into the whole virgin giving birth to a child thing. I think calling her a whore is a bit overboard though.

Do yourself some research as to why Mary didn't conceive by intercourse. Then you will understand the story.

Remember,Jesus did not know sin.He was spotless, and pure.

No, I doubt it. There are prophecies which were written many years and centuries prior to this event, that prophesied that he would be born of a Virgin mother. This is just one of those times when you need to have faith.

Is it possible that you were molested by your father and used too many recreational drugs to combat your inadequacy's in bed, and that the drugs rendered you a lost and brainless being stumbling along on a path to Hell?
