I am transfering to a university next summer and I have to take four classes of one lanuage. I am awful at lanuages and I have thought that I will try the easiest lanuage. I will also add I have learned a little spanish, but I don't care for it b/c I can't get the rolling of the tounge down. So what other lanuages would be easiest. I have thought about Latin.

Most college kids I know could desperately stand to learn English...

Stick to Spanish, kid. It's much easier than Latin (from which it was born) and has therefore lost all the noun and adjective declensions, although it still retains the verb conjugations.

It depends on your mind. If you quite like logical things, then try German or Russian, but if you prefer to "listen and learn", then Spanish is probably the easiest option. I love French, but use Spanish more in business. It's now overtaken English as the Number Two First Language spoken around the word, so it will be useful in the future.

The easiest language to learn is Spanish

I would try spanish. That is the language that would be the most useful. Any of those other languages would not be used as often. Even though you don't like spanish and it's too hard to roll your toung, if you practice, it would be very useful in life. Otherwise, try German. It's not easy but it's not super hard.

Latin is not easy to learn, it's a lot of vocabulary that you'll never use. And you have to translate old texts. It's not fun learning Latin.
I'm a French speaker and for me the easiest language to learn is English. But I think as well that Italian should be easy to learn.

It may as well be spanish unless you're looking to go international to a better place to live, then my choice would be Italian. It's quite simple, the people, (real Italians) are relatively friendly, especially if you show an interest in learning their language.
