an easy icing is 1/4 cup butter and 2 cups POWDER sugar and one Teaspoon Vanilla extract. Make sure the butter is at room temp. Blend thoruoghly. There you go!
You can add a couple drops or red or green food coloring for holiday baking.

Well if you want to make your icing soft like what people call fake icing and whip cream it is also easier to write with the softer icing. you can make it then take a sandwich bag and cut off the tip according to how big you want the writing, put the icing in there and write with it.

Cooking with kids/ christmas cookies.....
That has to be typed in the surch bar. it should bring up a lot of good sights with a lot of goodies.
