Hello,
I'm a real scaredy cat when it comes to snakes!!
I won't even go anywhere near them..I guess television shows that have people dying from snake bites on them don't really help!!!
I was just wondering if any-one else is, and by the way, what is a fear of snakes called??

Ok. I will give in to "gender based roles", as long as it is a fair thing.

I am a newlywed, so this is a bit new to me. My wife expects me to spend 3 to 5 hours a week taking care of the yard and maintaining the outdoor stuff because she says that she can't do it, and she basically refuses to learn.

So is it sexist of me to demand that she do the dishes? She had me put up all of the Christmas lights outside, which was an all day thing. Can I ask her to put up the entire Christmas tree?

It seems that, in the younger generation, women are wanting equality in marriage (which is great and I am all for), but they are still wanting their men to do all of the "manly things", but they will get pissed if you asked them to do the vacuuming.

What is fair here? Why do I have to put out more work. We don't have kids. But I do half of the indoor chores as well as all of the outdoor chores.

How many times can a person go trough the process of applying for jobs and getting rejected?

I have now reached the point of physicaly being unable to write (repeat) my information on a application forms - without throwing up in the toilet- and completely giving up - is this natural?

Is a a human being supposed to spend their lives doing this?
Is this the point where I give up.
(4000 - 6000 + job rejections over 16 years).

I want to share a opinion I have about Christians. 1st of all I am a Christian for over 20 years. I think that because there are so many Christians that it's impossible for us to have a positive image in the public eye. There are hundreds of thousands of "Christians" out there, if not millions. Not all really take the idea of Christianity seriously. Many simply have grown up in a Christian home & view their religion as part of their identity & then, react when they feel they are being attacked (like here on YA). Others, are sincere in their faith but have not really explored it enough to articulate their views to others in a mature way. There are other points, but I am running out of space. I want to take another tack. If you were to examine any other belief system (religious or not) that was adhered to by the same number of people, you would have the same result. That is, a lot of dumb people saying stupid things that do not accurately represent the truth of the belief system.

The first few times I played Prime Suspects, at the puzzle round I always got "prime suspects" but now all I get are "Innocent" people. Is that just random or is there a way to play the game that will give me prime suspects all the time instead of innocent people? I think I have gotten more than 10 innocent people! Please help me!
