And you don't want to be "just friends"? I mean, you have stronger feelings than "just friends" for that person but you can't very well tell them - "I don't want to be your friend." You know?

That's your clue to find someone else that is into you. If he truly has feelings for you, he'll ask you out and pursue it further. Go find someone who wants more than a friendship, don't bother with someone who is not interested. I wasted too many years chasing after someone who only wanted to be friends. I just became broken hearted over the whole thing. I just say move on, to the next one.... I'm sure you will find someone better anyways.

Sometimes it's sad that everything doesn't work out the way we want they to. But the truth is...love or bein' together or startin' a fam. is all about two ppl. And even if you've got that very deep feelin' for him but he doesn't have it for you, you can really do nothing but go on without him. Bein' friends is also good...but if it hurts too much...then just cut him off. It's not the best way to do...but at least it's better for yourself.
That's wat i think. ;)

You either settle for being just friends or walk away. You can not force someone to have feelings for you just because you have them for him/her.

You just need to repect the person's feelings. There's nothing you really can say.
