I've gotten my heart broken by someone lately that I thought we were perfect for eachother but no ones perfect I know now. It really sucks!!

there is this girl in my class and supposevely she has heard from people that i like her. I only like her as a friend but i got htis feeling that she likes me because she acts differentle with me than others. Today she wanted me to sent her the e-mails of some students and she replied it by sayin "thank you. now i have said this before but i have heard from people that you like me. Do you?"
She wants me to e-mail her the answer TODAY and i do not know what to say. i am thinking on saying that "i do not answer those questions, i keep them to myself and to nobody else"or something like that

if you see some one very attractive/beautiful, even if they did something wrong, you will still forgive them. thinking (their beauty) they are still good and can do better next time.
on the contrary, if you see some one not as attractive (or even worse), if they did something wrong the same as the first person, chances are you will be upset and will not forgive them.

I have 2 sons, both of which are wanting to take up martial arts or something like that.

My eldest son is very timid and I would like a sport that would bring him out of his shell a little
My youngest is a little bit too quick to throw a punch so I would like him to take up something where he can use his energy in a more disciplined way.
Neither of my children are into group sports like Football or Basketball so I thought martial arts would be the best thing.
Can anyone suggest the best type of martial art for each of them...... if any at all??

Never used one before so am looking for a basic recipe to try it out tommorow. I would like to make great pasta and the sauce or filling can be simple until I get the hang of it.

It does sheets, spaghetti and tagillatelli.

I am 5'7 and weigh like 130 im 13 years old
everyone at my school is really short like 4 feet and weigh like 90 or 100 lbs i want to be as small as them
i dont eat alot so i dont think eating would be a problem (it is all heathey foods too)
it isnt that i am "fat" im just not as skinny as them.
i want to lose weight but try not to be anerxic or bulemic i have tried alot of diets but none really work
i also work out regulary

it just donnt seem work

what should i do??
