After the my prostrate surgery, I still had some tissue blocking urine flow that why is was burning when I urinate so my urologist clean my bladder out and told me to use urethral dialator to clean tissue out once a day for 2 week

IMPORTANT TIP - drink PLENTY of water beforehand - so when you urinate afterwards, it is very mild, this will make sure it doesn't "sting" a little. If you have strong urine after sounding, it can sting unpleasantly. REALLY mild urine - no problems at all.
Make sure EVERYTHING is nice and clean - use LOADS of lubricant and let gravity do the work. NEVER force anything.

it will widen your urethra to make it easier to clean. It should be a long thin straw that you can turn. You insert then twirl to clean out excess tissue. I suggest a few stiff drinks before you start.
