i do eat a lot but nothing changed... what shall i do?

eat more protein and more starchy carbs.
try lifting weights. that will help you build more muscle mass which will make you seem less skinny

This is seriously the best anser you will get dont over eat its un healthy but try to eat alot of peanut butter and jelly sanwiches the combination of the oil and carbs mayadd a few lbs and drink tons of protein shakes like tonnnnnnnnnnnns and without the exscerisize you will defenly add some weight 2 ya

i am the same way and people constantly tell me to eat more and stop being anorexic but i really do eat a lot, and not really healthy food either. i walk everyday but i dont do a whole lot of other exercising. I dont think it is anything to worry about if you are healthy and have no problem doing physical activity but try talking to your doctor about ways to gain weight or just to make sure you are healthy.

maybe try to excercise instead and u might eat more than usual and gain weight or just stay regular. My friend is realllllllllllyyyyyyy skinny too.

Instead of focusing on gaining weight, focus on gaining muscle as this will help you look not as skinny! Drinking milkshakes also helps people gain weight!

i kno, i eat like a cow && i cant get over 100 lbs...

im trying to build muscle now && see how that works, but id love to get some fat on myself. I eat more than my sister && im still wayyy skinnier!!

i guess carbs && stuff... definately 3 meals a day
thats what my doc told me when they thought i was anorexic

do you like budweiser and big juicy cheeseburgers and hot french fries? can you chow down on some hot glazed donuts covered with vanilla ice cream. does you job allow you to stay out late and do some serious beer busting? well, i put on damn near 150 pounds since i started this diet and you could too! get with it skinny!

See a nutritionist or go to a local GNC or Nutrition store and get weight builder... but your safest bet is to see a nutritionist

eat lots of carbs-pasta, bread, etc
dont eat lots of fast food, it will just make you fat and unhealthy
work out w/ weights and excersize like running and biking
and if this doesn't work, just be glad you're not a fat lard :-)

Banana splits, hamburgers and Ensure shakes. Lots of pasta and other carbs.
