One of the best teppanyaki chain restaurants is called, "Benihana." They have many sites throughout the US and world. You could check their website to see if there is a Benihana near you. There likely is if you live near a large city.
You could try using a search engine using the key words, "Teppanyaki restaurant" and your local area/major city. Another option is to check out the Yellow Pages of your local phone book for Japanese and/or teppanyaki restaurants. It all depends on where you live but in all the U.S if you want Japanese food with entertainment you want to eat at a Japanese steak house all of these Japanese style reastaurants cook up dinner with a flair no matter where you live just check your local listings for a Japanese steak house.
