i got here upon the e book to be very informative and undemanding to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm basically in touch that i'm dropping too lots weight, too rapidly. i'm going to admit i've got not observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet quite often) and doing little or no workout, however the burden keeps flying off. It of course works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me through volume that i might lose. So thank you back for the information. i've got in no way offered something like this in the past through fact they are frequently crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start at present!

for one, realize that you are taller than them, so therefore, you should weigh more than them. it sounds like you are doing all you can to maintain a healthy body weight, so i don't think you should anything more to "lose weight." you should learn to accept & love your body for the way it is. maybe looking at a height/weight chart would help, but i'm pretty sure that 130 pounds for a 5'7" person is good. you are really tall, and since you are not yet through growing, i'm sure you'll be pretty tall in the end, and that will also help with the weight thing.

your weight is great, really. just do like your doing, eat well and stay active. in a few years your body will balance it all out just fine. your body needs to have something to grow with to be big and strong, don't short change it by trying to lose weigh. muscle development will take over the so called baby fat and you'll be lean and mean. well cute, not mean.
work on your smile and sparkle and you'll charm them all.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Eat less than you burn, and you will lose weight. Also stop eating fast food completely. No McDonald's, Taco Bell, ANY of it! not even the salads are healthy at those places.

Also remember that you're 13, for Pete's sake! Your body is not done growing, so stop being so damn concerned about your self-image.

130 lbs is a good weight for 5'7". If you lose that much you won't look healthy at all. I wouldn't suggest trying to lose anymore weight.

Maybe you are genetically bigger-boned than most of the kids. You should just maintain your healthy weight and continue to exercise. The girls would start to envy you when they get older because you are taller than them.
