I would add it to my water three times a day. I have a exercise plan, and is also cutting back on my calories. This is working good so far but was wondering if those herbs will help me along. any advice would about this would be great. Thanks!

there's this guy that i really like but the thing is all we do is exchange mails and due to his really tight schedule, the most number of mails we can exchange up to is 3 which is limited to the weekends reply(he apologized to me abt that which i thought was sweet!) but everyday seems like a guessing game for me because i have to guess if he's going to reply today or any other day or even if he wants to reply! at the beginning, i'm quite positive that he's interested in me but now i'm not sure anymore. i've asked him out before but i guess i was being too direct and scare him off a little, i wanna ask for his number or maybe out for coffee one day but i'm really afraid he will not reply and there goes our friendship which i cherish so so much..tell me what i can do?

he told me that he's having his hols now till 3rd of jan, is that a hint for me to ask him out? i don't wanna read too much in to it but i'm already at my wit's end..pls help..

My friend she is the greatest and I love her to death. She has become suicidal. How can I help her. I met her tlast year at college. N she told me she has 19 dropped courses! I was like wow? I really didn't know how to respond. She barely told me. Now she wants to give up. I really dont know how universities look at this. Since I don't have to worry about it, I dont have dropped courses. I of course don't want her to give up. Does she have a chance getting in anywhere, she wants to do Nursing. Her g.p.a is a 2.5? How can I help her to stop being suicidal. She is smart, is just the laziness and deppression that brings her down. I appreciate her so much. She helped me through a rough time. How can I help her? Do 19 withdrawn courses look horrible for a university?

I have this reoccuring pain in the center of my back between my shouldblades. It comes and goes. Mostly after I have eaten or in middle of the night. I thought it might be the start of gall bladder problems, but now I am not so sure. Has anyone else had this and can tell me what it is. I can't afford to go to the doctor unless I absolutly have to.

DOes this confirm that the French are just a bunch of Sissy Cowards or what? I don't think that they have contributed much here anyway? Supposedly they are leaving the French Special Forces, but I think that those guys could not beat Cub Scouts in a fight.
