I would add it to my water three times a day. I have a exercise plan, and is also cutting back on my calories. This is working good so far but was wondering if those herbs will help me along. any advice would about this would be great. Thanks!

That sounds nauseating. Just stick to your exercise and diet. Drink lots of water, with no nastys added to it.

I have heard of this diet plan..They do use apple cider vinegar in water to reduce weight..but am not sure if it works..there is a website though online which gives details abt this. You may want to check that out.

I have tried the vineger in my water and it works but you have to get use to the taste. You actually lose weight really fast doing that. It is like a cleanser plus it cuts the fat on your food intake.

I have heard of people doing that but I don't think it will make much difference. If you are watching your intake and increasing your out put, then that is what will make the difference.
