Just tell him how you feel. Yeah, it might hurt him a little, but it's better to tell him how you feel now than to wait until you're engaged or married because then it would be worse.

refuse him and tell him you only see him as a friend and not a bf or husband. tell him you both can still remain friends but nothing more... :)

Tell him that you value his friendship but just don't see him in a romantic way. Try to be as nice as you can about it though.
