1. start off with a 3 day 900 calorie diet to kick start my weight loss so I will be motivated to keep losing weight.
2. diet: I am going to try to eat less but as long as I exercise a ton I will lose weight by just eating less.
3. exercise: jump rope 1 hour, strength training: 20 reps each exercise, run 20 minutes, jog 20 minutes, crunches: 150(50 to each side and up)
give me any advice for this plan and anything to add or not do, etc.... thanks.....if all goes well I plan to lose 10 pounds in the next 2 or 3 weeks because the weight will come off pretty fast at first.....
