900 calories a day is not healthy, hon. If you want to do this thing right, don't rely on advice from people here on Answers. Get a referral to a qualified dietician, who will be more than happy to help you work out a plan that will be effective, safe, and doable.
What you suggested in your question will have you giving up in no time.
Remember, skinny doesn't necessarily mean healthy, and healthy should be your aim.

Nothing works equally for everyone. I have listed below, some of my own methods. Only you know how your body works, so you will need to design your own plan. But, one fo the most important things to remember: DO NOT USE THE WORD DIET. You will be automatically telling your brain that you are depriving yourself and will only increase your desire to eat. 1. Cut back on daily calorie and carb intake. (My weakness was the carbs. The more I ate the more I craved.) 2. Don't completely deny yourself of a favorite, not-so-good-for-you food, you will only want it more. 3. Limit meal portions. Eat several small meals a day verses 3 large meals, with small snacks in between. Giving your stomach something every 2-3 hours will increase your metabolism (fat-burner, converts food into energy). 4. Slow down when you eat. Most people eat so fast that they do not give the food a chance to reach the stomach to send signals to the brain that you are full. 5. Increase your daily activity, if even the slightest. Throw in a walk down the block and back, or a walk around your house or office building. Make it simple, and then gradually increase activity time. 6. Don't have unrealistic expectations. Slow and steady weight loss is easier to maintain than rapid weightloss. 7. Don't get locked on a number for your ideal weight. The way your clothes fit and how you see yourself in the mirror is a better truth teller than any scale. If you do over indulge (kind of hard not to with the holidays coming up), cut back a bit for a day or two. 8. Don't ever forget, You Are Beautiful. ♥

Are you absolutely ignorant when it comes to health? That is only going to send your body into starvation mode... your metabolism will shut itself down and you wont lose any real weight it will all come back. You would be better off cutting down to perhaps 1600-1800 calories and exercising... Your plan there could also use a little bit of work. Look into some real strenghth training... MUSCLE burns more calories, but you have to feed it to build it. Add in some cardio, but more than 20-30 minutes of running isnt really necessary...
Go see a doctor about weight loss it isnt healthy to loose too much at once.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.
I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using an herbal diet patch called Curb Your Cravings. This particular patch releases the correct dosage of a completely safe herbal mixture over a 24 hour period.
You can pick up a one week free sample of the patches (be aware, they do charge $5.95 for the shipping) at http://www.alllsite.info/herbal-weight-loss-patch.php . My patients have seen fantastic results with this particular non addictive weight loss aid.

this plan is AWFUL and very very unhealthy.
IF You excercise ALOT your calorie intake needs to be higher, because you need energy to excersise, and by eating 900 calories is NOT enough.
I suggest you calm down with the exercising, because by excersing too much everyday you body will not loose fat but water.
Continue jogging and running as this is very good cardio, and do less strength training, and only do sit ups 3 times a week! AND you need to EAT MORE good calories..
Everybody needs calories otherwise your body goes into starvation mode which leads to fat gain and water loss. By eating good nutricious food you will loose weight appropriately!

Offhand, I would say not enough calories to sustain that level of exercise. Your body can't convert fat to energy that quickly and you will need fuel. Keep the calories up toward 1500. I would say eat lots of vegetables and whole grains with a little fish or chicken and don't worry so much about the calories. If you stay away from junk food and fats, you'll do just fine.

900 calories is not enough. You need at least 1200 a day to keep your body from going into starvation mode (where you lose muscle instead of fat). Eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism revved. Snack on raw fruit and veggies. Jumping rope is too hard on your knees...try martial arts instead.
Strength training...3 sets of 12 repetitions. Good luck!!

I would not advise you to only consume 900 calories a day, not enough..you want to change your eating habits, and go on a program that is good for you, try strength training three times per week, cardio on your off days 30 minutes to 1 hour..also you shoud look into doing a 9 day cleanse...www.athleticleadersgm.isagenix.com you can safely lose 9-10 pounds in 9 days
