However, the good news is, that if you just pick up a few habits, like crunches before bedtime and cutting back on sweets or fried food, your adolescent metabolism will take care of everything in a matter of months.

You should never attempt to diet in any way without medical supervision during your teens.
Since your metabolism accelerates during puberty, a bit of healthy excercise should do wonders here, perhaps a bit of running, would help burn excess body-mass off, or if you'd prefer to tone it, some sit-up's and stomach crunches, again, ask your GP before undertaking any new exercise plan.

first of all you dont want to loose weight fast, your body isnt made to do that, and its just not healthy, reduce your food intake and start working out walk on the treadmill if anything
