when a girl is confident??

I have photos, letters and odd's and ends that are from the time I was still married to my ex. Should I keep the letters/e-mail and photos or should I get rid of them?
I thought it might be a good idea to keep the letters because he may want to in the future get custody of our child. He unfortuantely abused us and the info might be useful in a court case if it should ever arise.
I do not have animosity (or any feelings for that fact) towards my ex, but at the same time I wonder if I should be holding on to the stuff.
Should I bin the photos? Or should I just pack them in a box for when my son is grown up and wants to see pictures of his dad?
I have a new man in my life and I don't want him to think that I am still holding on to the past.
What is your best advice...

I bought my 2004 BMW 325i 6 months ago. It has 25000 miles on it right now, 5000 of which I put on it.

Last week the clutch "went out". This part is not under warranty!

What would cause this problem? I never scrub when changing gears, it seemed like it would go into gears very easily. I dont get it!

Looking for a good Italian restaurant(possibly in Little Italy), A good Asian restaurant, and a middle-eastern/mediterranean restaurant. Keep in mind, I have to bring a fairly wellbehaved 2 year-old who will need a high chair. Dress codes are not for us! We typically enjoy the same foods as locals. Please no fast food recommendations!

I have an adorable Chihuahua that I've had for almost 9 years now. She's never shed a lot of her hair until recently. I've been giving her 3 baths a day to see if I can stop some of the shedding, but no it just seems to make it worse. I called the Vet and they said it was normal, but I just want to know if there's a way that I can get her to stop shedding so much. I'm getting tired of vacuuming my rug every 10 minutes. I thought seriously about taking her to the Doggie Parlor and getting her hair shaved off or something, but honestly she would look like a rat and never come out from under the bed. Any ideas here?

I work for a internet streaming company, we are in the mist of upgrading and I need to do something with the current equipment (firewalls, servers, storage libraries, printers ETC...) we have back here, I am currently doing the E-bay thing but its not fast enuff.
(Has anyone been in this situation before)

If there is a company that can come down to my building, see what they could use and take it off my hands at that moment,
that would be spectacular.

i just don't understand why people don't believe in anything. we did'nt just get here by some strange happening. while you are here, you might as well beleive in something. everyone is entitled to believe and do what they want and i respect that so i'm nottrying to knock atheist because i love everyone. did something tragic happen to you? born into it? lose faith?

Do I follow my heart or should I listen to my brain? Last night I was a question that could possibly changed my life for ever. I was asked to be married. I have wanted to settle down and be married in the next couple years. But I set standards in which I would take it slow and really get to know the person. But then I meet Mike. Mike is this incredible guy who I just met about 3 months ago. I was depressed for a long time and then being with Mike I was able to be happy again. I saw possibly in the future and the potential to succeed in life. He made me feel that way. I have only gone out with him for about a week and there is still that newness feeling. My head is telling me to take it slow. But my heart is telling me a whole different story. I have been unhappy for over a year. But I meet this guy who can make even the gloomist day seem sunny and make a bad semester of school into a better semester next year. He makes me happy. He understands me like no one else can and I understand him. I care for him. I know I should get to know him better but I have fallen for him. Even though it was really early in the morning when he asked, I wonder if he is serious. He didn't have a ring but you don't need a ring (even though it shows you are serious).Should I listen to my heart or listen to my brain?

Recently, our kitten has been able to jump higher than he could and now he's jumping on top of everything and climbing curtains and such. We have a spray bottle, but it doesn't seem to work too well, especially when we can't spray him right when he does it. One of the problem areas is my monitor. He likes to jump on top of my desk then on the monitor to jump and climb up the curtains. I can't use the spray then, for fear that the water mist will get on the insides of my monitor. Don't know what else to do. He almost seems crazed. I'll get him down from one thing, then he'll zoom into another room and I hear crashing sounds of stuff falling and find him on top of stuff I have stacked on my dresser. This has only been happening recently. Any ideas?
