Well this guy that i have a lil crush him and me used to talk now its kinda of hi and smile well today he held the door for me even when he was 4 people away to going into the door and then stops and holds the door for me as I go in so I give him a smile but its confusing I dont know if this guy likes or what up?I mean theres times when he talks to other girls and looks at me to see my reaction but of course I play it off. Help confused!!

Holding the door open for you was just a nice gesture. I'm sure if he saw you and just walked in without holding the door open for you you would be hurt by that. Talk to him more and try to spark something up. Maybe he is not checking your reaction when he is talking to someone else. Maybe he is wishing it was you he was talking to.

it's kinda obvious, he is attracted to you. He's trying to make you jealous if he is talking to other girls and looks at you for a reaction.
just go up to him and ask if he likes you. If he starts looking away and talking to you at the same time, he probably likes you. Or if he kind of stutters, he probably likes you.When you ask him, just look at him and him only and dont look at anything else and he'll probably just give you the most straight forward answer he can.

Well some guys dont know how to express their feelings to a girls but to me he likes you but dont know how to tell you face to face. So sometimes young ladies these days can go and talk to the young man. See where his head is at take it from there.
