I have registered with Airtellcallindia .When it did accept the payment flashed a cryptic message that my phone number could not be registered. So I still cannot try the quality of the phone line. When I called to the customer service, "all our customer service agents are busy".

please let me know how to Approach Customer service Number and resolve the problems

Airtel sucks big time. It is worse then small phone cards shop. I have run into similar and more trouble. Phone numbers do not get registered though they are really quick to charge the credit card. I have heard from some friends that they got back a registration email but I did not even get one. So I had no way to log back to the site and try the registration process again. The customer service phone was busy most of the time. When I finally got connected, though, it took about 15 minutes for a support person to pick up the call. Support experience wasn't too bad though. The lady on the call immediately sent me an email with userid, PIN etc. When I complained about numbers not getting registered, she immediately filed a complaint on my behalf to get the numbers registered and told me this will be done in next 24 hours.

Now it is more then 24 hours. I tried logging in to airtelcallhome.com only to get back a response that my login/password is invalid. What's funny is that "forgot password" link on the site for my user id returned me back the same password that I was trying and still the service would not let me log in.

A few minutes back I tried again, and I can log in now. Now, 36 hours after filing my complaint, the numbers are not registered.


Wait, the worst part, call the toll free access number 1-877-247-4047 and it is busy too. They should change the number to 1-877-000-0000.

If Airtel cannot handle traffic, why are they still publicizing this service???? Rather then spending money on ad, they should hire some good people to make airtelcallhome.com work better, faster and MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE.

You are atleast lucky to get that message..
I have been trying to get hold of their customer service for last 3 days and till now no success..
About the clarity of the call.. its OK.. But rite now, not even able to connect to the access number.
I am really frustrated with this card..
