I have a girlfriend but it's a long distance relation, she's comin' to visit for the holidays. She arrives Saturday. The thing is i'm falling for a girl that likes me very much that i recently met. What to do? I mean i like both of them and besides my girlfriend is not gonna be arround for about a year, after the holidays.

For the last 2 months my 5 month old puppy favours his right front paw for a few days. I am wondering if he is suffering from growing pains or if this is something else.
It doesn't seem to bother him much. He still runs around like normal but when standing he doesn't put his full weight on it.

My fiancee has 2 kids, ages 7 and 9 from a previous marraige. We have them every other weekend and almost all the time over summer break. Well, the thing is, is that they are sooooo troublesome. They contsantly fight, not normal sibling rivalry but punching each other, kicking, and so on. They are also destructive too! They pull paint off of walls in our home, have torn the curtains in their room off the wall, broke their light, and broken other things by fighting. They don't listen at all and nothing seems to help. His 9yr old will cry and pout when she doesn't get her way or she isn't allowed more food when she's had more than enough. His 7yr old just laughs when she gets punished like its a joke and will continue her actions. Also, his 9yr old has been caught by us stealing things from our home and at stores and no matter what we try, she doesn't realize that it's wrong. The sad thing is, is that their mother doesnt care and my fiancee really wont try to fix it. Any help!

Even after reading all that was presented, I am still not sure of the answer. My step-dad has been living with a woman for close to 4 years in California.... since not too long after my mother died. My step-dad and my mom were married for well over 20 years. We are very close, but I have several worries about him and the woman he is with now...... and I wonder if she is trying to gain something monetarily through common law marriage or whatever...... she is from out of the country, but just got her U.S. citizenship......
Does anyone know about what rights she could try to claim?
Appreciate any knowledge here.....
This whole situation makes me sick.....

I'm re-reading The Fellowship of the Ring. I just finished the chapter where the Hobbits stay with Tom & Goldberry. Tom is a mystery to me, as I guess Tolkien intended. Goldberry seems, to me, like a mermaid/water nymph/nixie type being. I'm curious about what others have thought about this.

I've got long medium to dark brown hair, though right now, I've also got purple highlights, and I was thinking about going with black hair. My skin is fair, though it does have a bit of a tan, and I've got dark olive green eyes, with brown flecks across them. Does anyone think this would look good as black hair, or not? Thanks!

Maybe I'm wrong on this, but in Canada they're taking down the Christmas in the City Hall because of complaints from other religions that goes against them.
I say, if you don't like the customs, don't come to the country.
