What is the best workout that you know for legs that will slim them? My legs are way too muscular for my own good ==.

I've been told that running will slim your legs......although I never stick with it long enough to find out. I have muscular legs too, I'll be watching the answers.

If your beneath 21, you must do just gentle leg workout routines.. In reality, if you happen to do cardio sporting events three to four instances a week, that are supposed to be ample to hold your legs in form until your 21, 22, 23 (early 20's)... the backside line is.. It does not topic if you're no longer developing anymore! lol And you mainly quit developing after your early 20's ;-) have a quality day

put them around his hips several times a day from the supine position. keep them tight and rock back and forth.
sure to make your legs look slimmer.

wharever u r doing, do more reps and less resistance. and stretch!!!! most forms of yoga can help elongate the muscles.
