I'm a junior in high school and I'm just looking to get some advice really... I wanna go to UGA with the hope scholarship. I'm mostly interested in the art and math programs, they any good? Also, what kind of requirements do they have? GPA, sat scores, stuff like that. I've been told it's hard to get in and I'd really hate to have to settle for Georgia Southern or some crap..

I've noticed that in different versions of the same film, there is a semitone difference in key. For example, the score might be in the key of C major but, in a different version, it might be in C# major. It usually seems to be the case that the original score has the lower key. For example the Little Women theme (by Thomas Newman) appears to be in the key of G major but I own a DVD of the movie where the theme is in G# major. Why is this?

Jack and Rose form the story Titanic ..well Rose had a baby with him ..their daughter Jackie was conseeved on the Titanic so .. when she was born Rose had the constant reminder of her lover Jack ..did anyone else know this? i was just thinking what would have happend if the one time they did it ..they would have had a child, that would have been crazy but then i read this today i was in shock..!!

I was married to my ex for 15 yrs.and finally had the courage to divorce him. I stayed in this marriage this long because of the traditional upbringing I had, among many other things. During that marriage with him, I encountered physical and mental abuse from him. He was very controlling. I was always on my best around him, and at times did not know anymore what and how to do to please him. I am now very happy with my new husband who now loves and respects me. What bothers me though is that I recently found out that my ex has started joining a pen-pal magazine and is seriously involved with a nice innocent girl overseas who will be coming to the States very soon. Is it still my place to warn the new girl? I have good friends that are still in contact with my ex in a business manner and that is how I find out about things. I just feel sorry for a young girl's life being messed up.

My sister and I are very close to my aunt. She is my dad's sister. But, we have also known my uncle since we were little. They have been married for ten years with 3 kids. He recently cheated on her. We all found out that he has been with this other woman for over a year. It was devastating to our whole family. These kinds of things don't really happen in my family.
