haha exactly. If theyre going to wear it, they cant complain when people gawk.
those are the types of females that make us look bad.

While most women who wear skimpy dresses do it to get attention, there are some that do it just to feel sexy. My advice to you is look, admire, but do not look at the woman like she was a piece of steak and you've been on a fasting for a week! Look, don't drool. Also, you may not be her type, and she may give you a dirty look to discourage you. Hope it helps. Good Luck! :))

Because she wants the attention but then acts like "I'm not that kinda girl" when you give it to her. She's just crazy, thats all.

because it's to make herself more confidence by looking "sexier", not to make herself feel like a show.
