What should I do? Should I talk to him?

OKay! There's this guy that goes to my school that I've never spoken to. He constantly watches and even stares at me when I'm around. From what I know he's a nice guy. And I kinda like him but don't know if I should go up to him and say, "Do you know me?" or "Why do you keep staring at me?" What should I do?"
