and it look a mess i have very light blond at the roots and some orange/ blonde the middle and ends. My hair is fried to the crisp! i wanted to get that rich light carmel color but got this ugly carrot looking color what color can i use thats not to dark to cover this mess and if any other tips you can give me will be apprecated!

I unknowingly bought a maltese from a puppy mill about 10 years ago. I paid $500. I went to a home in the country. The woman was nice and had a lovely room with puppy pictures all over and called it an area to meet the puppy. I asked to see where the rest of the dogs were kept. I noticed a large building not far from their home. I was told that it makes the dogs get too excited and they start barking and the neighbors complain (yet she didn't have many close neighbors). That should've tipped me off. She also didn't let me see the parents. Another warning sign. She made me sign a 24 hr. guarantee. Another warning sign. The puppy was also only 1 1/2 lbs. but was 8 weeks and weaned. I wanted a really small Maltese. We took the pup home and a day later, it became very weak and wouldn't eat. It stopped breathing and my Mom gave it CPR. We rushed it to the vet. They put it in an incubator and did extensive tests. They determined it had a bad heart probably due (cont'd)

A guy on a motorcycle ran into me and had injuries, I turned left in front of him (did not see him) yes it was my fault. He is now demanding $60,000. My insurance company has already paid the limit and he is wanting more because the insurance did not cover all. He has Blue cross and state farm also. I have been advised if I did not settle that it could go to a jury trial and he could end up getting more!. Well if I cant pay the 60 how can he get more out of me. I do not have that kind of money! What are my options? Bankruptcy or changing my identity? The insurance company gave me a lawyer to contact, but somehow the insurance company does not seem to have my best interest. Should I get my own lawyer? Geez wonder how much that cost? What should I do? It wasnt like I meant to hit him! Whats the worst case and the best case and best and worst options?

I have all kinds of scratch and bite marks on my hand because my kitten keeps clawing me and biting me. Some of them really hurt. He can be very lovey and cuddley and then 10 minutes later he's tearing my hands apart and when I correct him he bites harder and pins his ears back. What's up with my cat?

I gave my husband an Ipod for his birthday and he lets his 8 year old son use it. His son has lost two expensive games of his own, has an Ipod of his own but not the latest. IT bothers me that he is allowed to grab it out of his dad's hands and play with it. For some reason it bothers me, even though in my mind I know a gift is a gift, with no strings attached. What mind exersice can I do to get over this?

I'm interested in the continuing rejuvenation of the Boston area, and I used to work in the Downtown Crossing area. I enjoyed watching the Paramount's facade and the Opera House renovations, but I have unfortunately moved out of state and miss hearing about these. I'm buying myself a Christmas present this year and it will be all new make-up. I don't want to spend too much, less that $200, but I will need all the essentials. Foundation, powder, blush, eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipstick, gloss...you name it, I need it. I recently started taking Accutane for my acne and my face is clearing up and I'd like to look pretty for once in my life and my make-up just doesn't cut it. Any ideas on what brand has a complete collection that I can go buy?? I tried Clinique last year, and hated it. But I'm thinking go to a department store, let them do the make-over and then just buy everything if I like it. I have never known anything about make-up because I just felt is was useless because my face looked so bad. Can some of you girlie girls help me??

I Love my boyfriend so much, and I want to be with him forever. He had some past girls ever since I left him last year, now he's in trouble with some guy, then he comes and sees the girl he was seeing before me and him got back again (we got together again in november of this year). However, she called him, and can you beleive she invited him over and he told me she kissed him but he pushed her back and said he had a girl, but then im like 'why did you go?' and I just get so frustrated. What can I do, he says he trully loves me and wants to marry me some day. I also want to marry him because I love him, but all this gets in the way and
I haven't even been able to sleep. This may seem confusing, but if you have any advice I'd really appreciate it, or anything that you can tell me to make me see or make things better
