I'm building a computer for my sister but the problem is, it wont display anything on the monitor nor even post or fully boot. the only things that actrually show power is the green led that means its on and a beeping from the warning speaker thats installed on the mother board, the beeps are one long one followed by two consecutive short ones.

In the manual it states theres a code to what it means but the code book was not included with the motherboard, does anyone know whats happened?

I've double checked the video card, hard drive, ram, etc, and they all work on another computer. so its not hardware problems, so im more than certain its the beeping and its telling me some thing but i just dont know what.

the mother board i'm using is A8N- SLi Premium

I agree with people answering my previous question that Charlton's problem is lack of organisation on the field. Their new manager is good technically: a motivator as captain would complement Les Reid and lift the other players. But Charlton need to do something big quickly now to avoid disaster.

David Beckham could do the job for Charlton that Alan Shearer did for Newcastle after he ceased to play for England, hopefully leading Charlton into Europe in a few years. He would not be competing for places in the same way as he would in an already big club, e.g. Spurs. Charlton is within easy distance of his England home.

I recollect Real Madrid recouped Beckham's transfer fee more or less immediately by commercial marketing. Charlton could probably do the same - the move would be a sensation. So the Directors ought to be able to raise the money (and manage the risk). This might be easier than to find a transfer fee for a mediocre player from existing budgets

Can I withdraw this money with penalties (20% to taxes and 10% penalty for early withdrawal) even if the plan stipulates that the money can not be withdrawn prior to retirement or disability? This money is in the NEAP (National Electrical Annuity Plan).

he has photos of his ex girlfriend in her undewear on his phone he claims that she sent them to him, he has also lied about meeting up with her. he claims that they are just friends. She always phones him and sends him text messages. I don't want him to have any contact with her anymore, they have no reason to keep in contact no kids or mutual friends. ok here is the deal. i met a girl earlier in the year. she was with her boyfriend of over a year and it was coming to an end. right as it was ending i started hanging out with her. then she dumped him. and after waiting a month i asked her out, but i also asked if it was too soon because i really liked her and was willing to just be friends a while longer, to which she said of course not. so we have been going out for almost two months now and i fell for her. she told me that she loved me and i sincerely told her back because i really do. however, the past week or s she had been distancing a bit from me and as we hadnt seen each other in a while i asked if she still liked me over the phone, i would have rather done it in person but we couldnt find the time and i was getting worried. so she said basically that she thinks that she jumped into this too quickly and never got her freedom. so, what can i do to put things how they were before we actually break up. i think im in love with her.

It usually starts in atleast 2 attempts. I have to make use of choke for starting and uptill 10-15 secs after starting. I think use of choke is never required in a Maruti. The battery is new.
