A 19 years old man has confessed that he killed a homeless man with kicks and blows to his face. His motive was frustration he stated at court. Right before this act of brutality he had been stopped by the local police and had been playing a violent computer game – losing every match.
Since when was there homeless people sitting in the videogame??? Comments, feelings, people what do you think?

That is the most idiotic excuse I've ever heard. Frankly, if that was the case, I would be an expert sniper from all the military games I love to play after a long day at work.
Throw him in jail and recycle the key.

There's a series of video tapes actually out where they pay these homesless people to fight eachother. Whoever wins gets the money.
I would say that is more to blame than a videogame...
