You can apply a product called toner. It is a type of hair dye. If you go to a local salon supply store, they will be able to recommend the appropriate color to tone down the orange. It is usually developed with a 10 volume developer, which causes minial damage.
You can also go to the salon to have it fixed, but do not put more bleach on it if it's fried. It will cause more damage, potentiall breakage, and there's always the rick that you hair could fall out from overprocessing.

This may be caused by not enough of the blonding agent being used to cover the existing red pigment in the hair. Try re-applying the original blonding emulsion.
Or, go to the hairdresser's and get him/her to help find a color thats similar to your natural hair color.

stop and go to a salon, I did this too. a few years ago, it took them all day to fix it so that I did not look like a pumpkin, they had to dye it brown, then they added lots of foil, and highlights, I am a natural blond, she went with a rich brown first, my hair was still damaged, so I did a short bob, and just maintained it until it grew out... and never again will I let my friend lighten my hair... it would have cost me $$$ to get it fixed, I ended up babysitting for 2 weekends, to cover the cost. what is your natural color? and what color did you start with?
