I wouldn't say the drugs are a reward really. I'm sure they would consider a chocolate bar more of a reward if you think about it. Anyway, I don't think they should be given drugs because children take regular exercise at school and are still at an age where they are impressionable and you can try and teach them about healthy eating.
I think the increasing number of obese children in the UK is down to the way our economy is at the moment. Mothers can't afford to stay at home and bring their children up and so they return to work and then don't have time to cook a good healthy food in the evening as well as do anything else, and so they resort to ready meals and take aways. I think the government can help indirectly in many ways to help prevent this matter.

They should be forced to grow vegetables to teach them the value of food. Their parents are a disgrace and no doubt lard ars^d wasters themselves. I used to think child birth was a small miracle, but looking around at fat and thin alike, i see it's often, just the result of drunken sex - with no sense of responsibility.

no giving them drugs dosen't make much differnce in a way giving to much may make them more hungry and put on even more weight when they aint taking them
i think they should learn to excercise and join a club with other fat kids there and share thier feelings about joining it
