i bought a 17 inch samsung display unit (monitor) and the package said it was 1280 x 1080 resolution. But when I make the resolution above i could'nt see anything. Everything becomes too small. Only 800 x 600 looks ok in the monitor.

Is there any way to get the above resolution with clear viewing in a 17'' monitor.

For the past 1-2 months I have measured 2 weeks smaller than I should (my fundal height)...But, the baby seems to be growing fine... I was wondering if maybe eating before I would go to an appointment would make me measure any bigger???

I have straight, long hair that comes to about the middle of my back. I like the way it looks when it's curled, but after spending so much time curling it when a curling iron, it's gone within about an hour. How do I get my hair to hold? I use mousse and hairspray.

I hear voices...sometimes the voices tell me to shave all 7 of my noses and sing soprano in the movie theater while I am serenading the people behind me. I am told to listen to the voices in my head - they are really my psychic powers telling you what to do. My Doctor says so. I found out that the longest place name in the world is in Thailand. AND I found out that supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is a legitimate word (on Dictionary.com), but it's not in the OED.

my bf of 3months finished me two nights ago. he said its cos he didnt love me 100% anymore and he couldnt be with me if he didnt. he also said he'd started to fall for another girl at his college, we live far away from each other and was in a LD. we agreed to stay friends and we'd still keep in touch as we was friends before and shared everything. i still love him but hes confusin me. he hardly texts back and sometimes the texts are friendly but others they are cold. i feel like hes not bothered but i love him too much to let him go. what should i do? i can't ignore him, it kills me more not knowing whats going on with him. he helped me through depression and without him it'll come back :(

An guy that I have been seeing on and off ended on Monday. As One minuted we are commited and really cool and the other minute he is not to sure if he is in the frame of mind to attend to a commited relationship. I think he can b very Fickle! When and if we have broken up for a couple of days he will call me to say that he does want to keep seeing each other, but I give in to easy and let him take me for a drink and to dinner ect. I wanted to say goodbye all together when he told me this on monday, but he didn't want to allow this as we are VERY close. He says that he will be deeply and extremely sad if we were to let what had be destroyed and that he still wants to remain close, even as friends. But I feel that he will only have a renewed appreciation for me if we had time apart. As they say absence makes the heart grow fonder.. I have been silent since and he emailed me earlier today should I reply, or allow more time for him to maybe realise? I don't want to give in too easy..?
