i own a repair shop,and no it doesn't indicate a direct problem right now,,but if you have to start adding to it all the time this means it has bad leak or an engine problem with it,,that's causing it to use the water,,and you should add coolant back to it,,a car will boil the water out after a certain amount of time,for now id just keep an eye on it,and make sure it doesn't get low again,good luck with it i hope this help,s.,have a good x-,mas.

It's only a problem if the coolant goes low again soon. If it's been a long time since you added coolant, it's probably not a big deal.
You should be checking your coolant, oil, tire pressure, etc at least once a week.
