If I am the merchandise who provides the online selling service with credit card payment method. So, i will only delivery the goods to someone after we received the payment confirmation from the bank.
As the credit card transaction will only be reflect in the statement about one month later, what happen if someone claim that they never buy those goods and claim that someone have misused his credit card to do the transaction? when they report it to the bank? then will the bank came to withdrawn the transaction from us? mean we will need to bear for the loss??
since we have already delivery to goods out (sometime is overseas one) and if bank decided not to pay us that transaction, then we will suffer a big lose?

I know I'll hear.."go to the doctor" from alot of you, but honestly, you're cheaper :] I have tingling in my left hand, only in my last 3 fingers and only when I am using that hand or if I hold it straight up. Laying it flat, it goes away. It's sort of a numb feeling, but almost like it is when you hit your funny bone. It really is starting to get on my nerves..which is prob. exactly what it is, a nerve. Any docs. or really smart people who have seen this or heard of it out there that can give me some idea what's wrong?? Thank you so much!

I never used to cough as much as I do now. Around this time last year I got a cold and had it for several weeks, maybe even a few months; I'm not sure how long it lasted. Eventually the cold went away, and the cough did too, a little. But then I started to notice something. Whenever I laughed, I coughed. When I went into little giggle-fits, they'd end in coughing fits. To this day, when I laugh more than a little, I always cough. It also happens when I cry, but not as much. Also, I have exercise-induced asthma, which means that I wheeze, cough, and have difficulty breathing whenever I exercise a little more than usual (usually resulting from running/sprinting in soccer/cross country/softball). After every time I exercise to a certain extent, I always end up coughing for about an hour after I finish. I told my doctor about the exercise part of it and she prescribed me with an inhaler to take before I exercise. I've only used it twice and it has worked for the wheezing and stuff, but not

I had a misscarage three nights ago night of the 10th of december, and I'm still having really bad pains in my cervix and everywhere down there and my back. They are like contractions and they are still here after I had my misscarage, when is the pain going to go away? when coming up to an intersection and you want to turn right on red, yet the 'stellar' driver in front of you, stops at the light wanting to go straight, and at the same time stops in the middle of lane so there is not enough room for you to be able to make a right on red.
most times the the other lane that goes straight is empty and could have been occupied the 'stellar' driver, thus letting traffic flow around him . one would have to actually pay attention to what was happening around him while driving. now the question: what should the penalty be for 'stellar' driver??????

In today's society, (e.g., Britney/Lindsay/Paris showing their private parts on purpose, morbidly obese people etc...), why do we have to spend so much money and dress in uncomfortable suits and choking ties? Buying these expensive clothes also damages the environment, makes poor people embarressed to go to parties if they don't have suits, exploits child labor in Bangladesh etc...

And dressing at weddings is even worse as you know the people will get divorced!

I was in for 4 and a half years. I am a E-6. Should I go back in and do my 20 or 30 or stay out and persue a whole new career in the Border Patrol. Also does anyone know if my service time in the Marines counts toward retirement for the Border Patrol???
