They wont harm your eyesight unless you abuse them. FOllow the doctors directions.
Because the color from contacts is screened onto the lense, your eyes do more work to see through them. over time this becomes a strain on your eyes and your eyesight will suffer. How do I know, it happened to me. I wore coloored contacts for 1 year straight and my vision became worse. The next year I wore disposables and my vision returned to normal/ My prescription returned to its previous state.

You sure can if not used properly or if not manufactured properly. i once hard a story that this girl was wearing her coloured contacts whilst blow drying her hair, the heat of the dryer melted the contacts onto her eyes and she become blind. just be careful and go to an optometrist to get them cut properly to buy them from there.. good luck.

No. You can damage your eyes with misuse of contacts by not caring for them properly but color contacts independently of misuse do not damage your eyes.
