Whoever,
I like my best friend's sister! Should I tell her in person ( I'd prefer this ), through one of her friends, a note, etc.; or not at all?
It was established early this year that we're friends, not just another part in life. ( Example : I should be calling her a friend right now, not "my best friend's sister" ) Anyway, I want to tell her, but without disturbing anything between someone else and... myself.
Im a 3 or 4 yr famly frend.

~I should wait it out, to see if I'm fooling myself?~
I've had the same feelings for about the two past years, but it's been weighing more on me lately.

~I should talk to my best friend about it first?~
Erm, explain this one, please! He's been pointing things out for a while, saying she acts differently around/toward me; and has made no attempt to keep/tell me away ( almost opposite from what I pick up ) ... I don't know how to pour it out in front of him, other than being quite simple about it.

I want to a get book for my God Son, Alexander. He was born in September with a hole in his heart. He had to get surgery 3 days after he was born and will need heart surgery every few years until he is a grown adult. He’s the strongest baby I’ve ever known. I mean, I understand people can use it as a meaning to ALL blacks in general. So I understand why the good black people get mad at that. But why do the ones that wear their pants half way down there @ss's and listen to rap get bothered by it? They call me a cracker or a honkey. And besides, n***** is actually just a slang word for negra which came from *****. What do you wanna be called? You get mad at ***** or negra because it sounds like n*****. You get mad at black because you say color doesn't matter, and you get mad at African American because you say your not African. And I'd like to point something out (and this is not meant to offend, just inform)......if it wasn't for slavery and what your ancestors went through, most likely you would be living in Africa right now or likely not exist.

ok so im very paranoid about the bags under my eyes. people say they arent that bad but i just want to get rid of them. ive tried concelars, cucumbers, potaoes, ice , spoons, any other suggestions?

I'm married to a wonderful man (caring, loyal, devoted, hardworking, compassionate) but I swear, the man totally lacks a romance gene. I don't think it would ever occur to him to buy me flowers or a little card or any small surprise. If I ask him to or remind him, he does feel contrite and sorry, but... after the 1-off bouquet of flowers he'll bring home th next time, I get nothing for months-- rarely even a spontaneous compliment. I feel guilty to complain because he's 99% wonderful. But it's depressing.
Christmas is coming, as is our anniversary and Valentine's Day and I know he won't even THINK to buy a card. It's like it never ever ever crosses his mind.
What can I do? It's making me feel like less than a woman. Why doesn't he GET it? He's highly educated so how can this be??
