Is the keyboard on the harpsichord different than that of the piano?

It's a bit smaller, isn't it? Keyboard has 88 keys so how many on the harpsichord?

i'm not sure how many keys there are, but the harpsichord is a little smaller. you can try yahoo image and type in harpsichord. that might help.
