See a doctor now. You could have a severe bacterial infection in your vagina, or worse. In either case you'll need prescription medication and treatment, so see a doctor immediately.

You could have a bladder infection, Interstitial Cystitis, Pelvic Floor dysfunction, Yeast infection and possibly some dryness.

The Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD) and Interstitial Cystitis can both come from abdominal surgeries.
If your hysterectomy was vaginal make sure you don't have an infection...
With PFD you can have enterence pain, burning during and a burning, stinging, or tightness afterwards.

Hystersisters.com is good source for post hysterectomy issues.
